Welcome to Moana Heart!

Thank you for your interest in our Mermaid services. Below are the terms and conditions when booking with us. If you have any questions, please get in touch via the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of the page.

Bookings for Moana Heart Mermaid appearances or Merventures, are not confirmed until full payment is received. This means your date of choice remains available to the public up until the receipt of the full cost of the service.

For all Moana Heart Mermaid appearances, there must be at least one adult (over the age of 18) present. If it is a water-based event, this adult MUST be able to swim, should they be required to get into the water in an emergency situation.

If you are booking a water-based event, all children that are going to be in the water, must be able to swim, or have the appropriate swim aids for their safety and comfort, unless accompanied by an adult in the water. This is important as Moana Heart Mermaid will be wearing a full Mermaid tail which reduces range of motion and speed in some cases. This is why it is important that an additional adult is beside the water actively monitoring the children. There should be one adult per 5 children to ensure adequate support.

For land-based appearances an adult is still required to be present for the duration of the booking.

Kids Merventure bookings. An adult is required to be present for the full duration of the session. Merventures for kids are available to book for children (Girls and Boys) aged between 6-12 years of age who MUST be able to swim and be confident in the water. This age range is in place to comply with the tail and monofin manufacturers recommendations for use of their products and to enable the children's participation with similar ages.

Custom bookings are available with a minimum of two children required for a custom date, and subject to pool availability. Adult Merventures are available for ages 13+ who MUST be able to swim and be confident in the water. No one under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be able to participate in a Merventure for the safety of everyone involved. Please make note of this if you are wanting to book in for an event/party/hens do etc, as there will be zero tolerance for anyone under the influence and we reserve the right to refuse anyone's participation if it is deemed to be a risk to themselves, to us and/or the other participants. If this occurs and participation is refused, no refund will be issued and no rebooking offered.
