Finished on Gold filled earring hooks & wrapped with tarnish resistant gold wire, complimenting the bold red, blue and greens in these little gems.

~ Each piece of Mermaid treasure has been lovingly crafted in the Bay of Plenty, NZ using hand selected shells, sea glass & repurposed beads, from the shores of Aotearoa, French Polynesia, & the Cook Islands. Whilst the wires are tarnish resistant, to maintain their like-new condition, it is recommended to keep them away from water, perfumes & moisturisers where possible. *Gold Filled is made by bonding gold to a base metal to give it the appearance of solid gold. The process involves a high amount of heat and pressure and the resultant gold filled piece is typically much more durable than a gold plated piece and will not tarnish or chip.
